De novo digital bank | Multi-vendor launch and system integration
A new bank, built from scratch on a multi-vendor stack
A newly chartered digital bank set out to run almost entirely on third-party platforms: a cloud-based core for deposits and lending, a second core for specialty products, online account opening and servicing, debit card and payments processing, and a long list of supporting vendors. The founder served as system integrator lead, heading the team that designed how the bank would operate, connected the vendors, and prepared it for launch.
