Card Systems Consulting LLC ("Card Systems Consulting," "the company") respects the privacy of everyone who visits cardsystemsconsulting.com. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used and shared, and the choices available to you.
Scope
This policy covers this website and inquiries made through it, by email, or by phone. It does not cover client data handled during a consulting engagement; that data is governed by the confidentiality and data protection terms of each client agreement.
Information collected
- Information you provide. When you use the contact form, the site collects your name, company, email address, area of interest, and message. The same applies if you email or call directly.
- Please don't send sensitive information. Do not submit account numbers, card numbers, customer data, or other confidential information through the contact form or by email.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Netlify Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Netlify Analytics measures traffic from the web server's own request logs rather than from scripts running in your browser. It may record information such as pages visited, referring sites, and browser and device type. It does not set cookies, does not track you across other websites, and is not used to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site does not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.
How information is used
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible engagement
- To provide and manage consulting services
- To connect you with a partner firm, when you ask about an Enhanced Offering
- To maintain and improve the website
- To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations
Card Systems Consulting does not send marketing emails. If that changes, this policy will be updated first, and every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link.
How information is shared
Card Systems Consulting does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information is shared only in these cases:
- Partner firms. If you ask about an Enhanced Offering, your contact details and inquiry are shared with the independent partner firm that provides that service, so it can respond. Only the details needed for that offering are shared.
- Service providers. Companies that host the website, provide email, or run site analytics may process information on the company's behalf, under their own security and privacy obligations.
- Legal reasons. Information may be disclosed if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the company's rights.
- Business transfer. If the business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under the same protections described here.
Data retention
Inquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond, maintain business records, or meet legal requirements, and is then deleted.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect the information you provide. No website or email transmission is completely secure, so avoid sending sensitive information online.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided, or to stop any follow-up contact, by emailing hello@cardsystemsconsulting.com. Requests are answered within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and those requests are handled the same way.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for these signals, the site does not currently respond to them.

This site may link to other websites. Card Systems Consulting is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. It does not knowingly collect information from them.
