National retailer | Credit, co-brand, and debit card migration, TSYS to Fiserv

Moving a multi-billion-dollar retail card portfolio without missing a sale

A national retailer and its issuing bank partner moved the retailer's card program from TSYS to Fiserv. The portfolio held millions of private-label credit, co-brand, and debit card accounts and billions of dollars in annual card sales, and the retailer's in-store card discount had to keep working at every register throughout the cutover. The founder served as QA director, leading testing and quality across the migration.
